Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 Bermuda onion
    1 can artichoke hearts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 egg
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil, add tomato sauce, simmer for at least 20 minutes or longer.
    Slice artichoke hearts, dip in flour, then egg; fry until golden brown in a little oil.
    Layer sauce, artichoke hearts and bread crumbs, end with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
