Shrimp Or Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp or crawfish tails
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    2 onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    Tony's to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell pepper, until onions are clear.
    Add soups and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Add shrimp and crawfish tails, simmer for 15 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
