Polynesian Honey Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. brandy
cubes fresh coconut

Preparation

Place sour cream in blender.
Mix gradually.
Add brown sugar, mixing to blend.
Add honey and brandy.
Mix a couple of seconds longer.
Chill dip with cubes of coconut.
