Roasted Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
    2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    2 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 large carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, cut in wedges
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bag or bowl, put all the ingredients.
    Shake in bag or toss in bowl until coated.
    Empty into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake, stirring twice, for 1 hour, or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
