Lima Bean Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans baby lima beans, drained
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 4 oz. canned
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Melt butter and add mushrooms.
    Cool 5 minutes, then sprinkle with flour.
    Slowly add 2 cups milk.
    Stir and cook until sauce thickens.
    Add cheese, salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Add lima beans.
    Gently reheat and serve hot.
