Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white or yellow corn meal
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine all dry ingredients, then add egg and enough sweet milk to make thin batter.
Pour in hot well-greased bread pans or corn stick pans.
Bake until golden brown in a hot oven.
Mighty good with beans, sorghum molasses or about anything.
