Nutty Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. mashed canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine 1st three ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Beat until sugar dissolves.
    Add pumpkin and buttermilk; beat until smooth.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add pumpkin mixture stirring just to moisten dry ingredients.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans; fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
