Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quartered red potatoes
    4 slices bacon, crisp and chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until tender.
    In large pan, mix remaining ingredients.
    Add potatoes; mix lightly.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
