Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. diced onion
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. dry rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 soup cans water
    Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat with salt in skillet without shortening.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except noodles; add to meat.
    Stir well; put in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake 2 hours at 275\u00b0. Put noodles on top the last 15 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
