Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 lemons (juice and rind)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream butter with sugar.
Add eggs, one by one.
To this, add salt and the juice and rind of lemons.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake until browned.
