Wild Stir-Fry Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter flavored Crisco
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben's fast cooking long grain and wild rice
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken which has been cut into bite-size pieces and cook, stirring frequently, until firm and white.
    Add chicken broth; stir. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in lettuce and tomatoes. Mushrooms and Chinese vegetables may be added to chick peas and onions if desired.
