Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can corn
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (one 6 oz. can)
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
Preparation
    Combine 3/4 cup cheese, corn, evaporated milk, eggs and onions together in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Toss bread crumbs with butter and remaining cheese; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Top with green pepper rings.
