Mountain Meadow Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium thick, lean pork chops
    2 cloves garlic (adjust to taste)
    4 apples, peeled and sliced
    4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    olive oil
    water, as needed
Preparation
    Slice garlic thinly; place inside slits in pork chops.
    Brown quickly in olive oil.
    Spread mustard over pork chops, add apples and water; put on medium and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 (or 2 very hungry people).
    Serve with wild rice.
