Grape Juice Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen grape juice or 2 qt. juice (if you use your own)
    5 c. sugar (less if you use your own sweetened juice)
    1/4 tsp. yeast, in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Let the yeast and water stand a little.
    Mix juice, sugar and some water together in a bowl to melt sugar a little, then add yeast mixture.
    Pour into a clean glass vinegar jug.
    Fill with water to neck of jug to make 1 gallon.
