Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
4 eggs
2 jars junior baby food carrots
1 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine sifted dry ingredients.
Make well in center.
Add eggs, carrots and oil.
Mix well.
Add nuts.
Pour into ungreased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool.
