Marinade For Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 clove garlic
Preparation

Mix and pour over meat.
Let set overnight.
Cut meat (chicken breast or steak) in about 1-inch pieces.
Place meat, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms on skewers.
Cook meat on grill.
