Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large boneless chicken breasts
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. almonds, crushed
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil chicken and cool.
    Chop chicken and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix and chill.
    Use on croissants or just plain bread.
