Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 bag frozen vegetables
1/2 c. butter
1 c. crushed butter crackers (about 30)
Preparation

Vegetables should be a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained.
Combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter in saucepan; heat over medium heat until melted and smooth, stir often.
Place vegetables in a 1-quart casserole dish.
Pour cheese mixture over casserole and mix well.
Melt remaining butter and mix with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
