Kelly'S Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crab meat
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bunch scallions
2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients and blend well; pour into baking dish. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and sprinkle lightly with chili powder.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
