Smothered Sherry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lbs. chicken pieces (I prefer skinless, boneless chicken breasts)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sherry wine
Preparation

Brown chicken; arrange pieces in a 9 x 13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more or until chicken is tender. Pour sauce over cooked rice and serve with a vegetable.
