Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium onions
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
garlic powder to taste
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
8 lasagna noodles (1 box)
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in oil until soft.
Add hamburger and sausage; cook until brown.
Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, paste, water, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover and simmer, stirring several times, for 25 minutes.
Cook noodles; set aside.
Mix Ricotta cheese and eggs in bowl.
Place half of noodles in pan; top with 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 Ricotta mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers.
Spoon remaining meat sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
