Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    5 to 7 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until pieces are pea size.
    Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time while tossing with fork.
    Repeat until fully moistened.
    Flatten on floured board and cut to shape or can be pressed in pan evenly to bake.
    May use pastry roller to shape rim of crust if desired.
