Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes and drain.
    Beat with mixer.
    Add 1/2 stick butter, cinnamon and sugar.
    Beat again.
    Put in buttered dish. Sprinkle over top with 1/2 box yellow cake mix, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Pour over 1 stick melted butter.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
