Butterscotch Mocha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. (1 1/2 oz.) butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. coffee liqueur
    2 tsp. bourbon
Preparation
    Melt butterscotch chips in a saucepan or double boiler over simmering water.
    Set aside to cool.
    Slightly cream butter and sugar.
    Stir in melted butterscotch chips, coffee liqueur and bourbon.
