Pina Colada Cake(In Memory Of Ruth Wolf) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 large or two small boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. Angel Flake coconut (optional)
Preparation

Bake cake according to directions.
Combine Eagle Brand and cream of coconut.
Punch holes in cake, while hot, with round handle of wooden spoon.
Pour Eagle Brand and coconut mixture over cake.
Let cool.
