Easy Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Spoon mustard into bowl and whisk in vinegar, sugar, pepper and herbs.
Slowly dribble oil into mustard mixture, whisking continuously.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Vinaigrette is best if made just before serving.
Serve over salads or steamed vegetables.
Yields 1/2 cup.
