Southern Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 large round steak
    flour
    salt
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 small pkg. frozen okra
    4 to 5 c. prepared rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil; saute onion and pepper until tender.
    Remove from oil.
    Cut steak into thin slices, roll in flour, salt and pepper and brown in oil until done.
    Remove steak to drain.
    Discard oil.
