Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. cooked tomatoes
1 large onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 large green pepper, sliced
Preparation
-
Put chops in bottom of baking dish.
Place rice over chops. Slice onion and green pepper over rice.
Pour water and tomatoes over onion and green pepper.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
