Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. black-eyed peas, drained
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. sweet or green onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweet green pepper, chopped
1 medium size tomato, chopped
2 c. lettuce, cut in long, thin strips
1 c. coleslaw dressing
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; toss lightly.
Serve immediately.
