Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. ground beef sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1/4 c. chopped salad olives
    6 c. slightly crushed Doritos (8 1/2 oz.)
Preparation
    Toss cheeses together.
    Brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients except Doritos chips and cheese.
    Layer in order 1/2 Doritos chips, 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheeses; repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
