Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 slices white bread, cubed
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 sticks butter, melted
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small jar pimentos (4 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin until tender; cut into bite size pieces.
    Place potatoes in large, flat casserole dish.
    Mix parsley, paprika and garlic salt together.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Mix pimentos, onion and cubed cheese.
    Place over potatoes.
    Top cheese with bread crumbs.
    Pour melted butter over entire casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbly; do not overbake.
