Chicken Shish Kabob - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 double skinned and boned chicken breasts
vegetables of choice
Preparation
-
Simmer all ingredients except chicken and vegetables for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Cube the chicken breasts and marinate in sauce for at least 1 hour.
