Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs (2 slices buttered toast, crumbled)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Remove bones and skin from salmon.
Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients, combining well.
Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Clean knife test for doneness.
Serves 4.
