Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dates
3 c. apples, chopped fine

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients well.
Add nuts, raisins, dates and apples.
Oil and flour an angel food pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Please note:
This cake is delicious just with apples. Nuts, raisins and dates are optional.
