John'S Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large round steaks
    4 stalks celery, diced
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (28 oz.) jar Green La Victoria chili salsa
    1 (8 oz.) jar La Victoria jalapeno salsa (hot)
    2 brown onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. oil
    1 large jar La Victoria Salsa Ranchero (mild)
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Trim round steak, removing all the fat.
    Cut into 1/2-inch strips, lengthwise, and then cut into 1/2-inch pieces, crosswise.
