Sausage Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. each: ginger, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. strong cold coffee
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Grease and flour a Bundt or angel food cake pan.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add the sugar to the sausage and mix well.
    Add the eggs and mix well.
    Mix flour, spices and baking powder.
    Stir baking soda into coffee.
    Add flour mixture and coffee alternately to meat mixture, beating well after each addition.
    Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Drain and dry on paper towel.
    Fold raisins and nuts into batter.
    Pour into pan and bake for 90 minutes or until done.
