Beer 'N Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can beer
3 medium onions, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
8 bratwurst buns
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
8 bratwurst
Preparation

Place beer, onion, carrot, Worcestershire sauce and salt in saucepan.
Heat to boiling.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Add bratwursts.
Cover and simmer 15 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place bratwursts in buns.
With a slotted spoon, lift vegetables from liquid and place on brats.
Serves 8.
