Quick Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 doz. corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 onion or 1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can sliced olives
    2 c. grated Jack cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can enchilada sauce (Las Palmas)
    cooking oil
    seasonings for meat: salt, pepper, garlic or taco seasonings
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with seasonings and onion.
    Drain.
    Place sauce in a bowl wide enough to dip tortillas in.
    Put about 1/4-inch of oil in frypan.
    Heat oil.
    Put 3 tablespoons of sauce in a cake pan or a large casserole dish.
    Spread until bottom of pan is covered in sauce.
