Simple Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 qt. cold water
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook rice in water until tender.
    Add margarine, sugar and raisins.
    Take off heat.
    Add well-beaten eggs, vanilla and milk. Stir well.
    Bake in casserole dish in 325\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
