Orange Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
1 orange (rind and juice)
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs, juice, rind and vanilla. Alternate mixture with buttermilk and flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
