Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops, fat removed
    2 cans cream of soup (celery, chicken, mushroom, etc.)
    2 cans milk
    1 medium diced onion
    5 or 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix soup, milk and onion.
    Brown chops.
    Place chops in casserole.
    Cover with potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Pour soup over all.
    This can be layered in a deep casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
