Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg or cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together softened butter and sugar.
    Add flour and eggs. Beat well.
    Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg or cinnamon. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Place on rack and cool before serving.
