Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
    4 egg substitutes
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Combine broccoli and onion in glass bowl.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until broccoli thaws.
    Add cottage cheese, butter and eggs; mix well.
    Add muffin mix; stir just until moistened.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 9 servings.
