Tuna Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper
    1 can tuna (water packed), drained
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped fine (optional)
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    With hands, mix all ingredients.
    Shape into a ball.
    Roll in parsley and/or chopped nuts.
    Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
    Serve with butter-type crackers.
