6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place chicken in shallow baking pan. In a small saucepan, melt margarine.
Stir in mustard, lemon juice, tarragon and salt.
Pour over chicken.
Bake chicken for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
