Mary'S Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained well
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (coarse)
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, flour and sugar; stir in cheese.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Mix crumbs with melted margarine and spread over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
