Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground lean pork
    1/4 average onion
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the meats, onion, bread crumbs, egg, sage, salt and pepper in a bowl. Roll into meatballs, fry and brown.
    Pour soups and milk over meatballs in a casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Great served over mashed potatoes or noodles.
