Belgian Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 c. milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, oil and eggs.
Add slowly water, milk and vanilla extract.
If the mix is too thick, add milk.
Mix should be liquid not thick like pancake mix.
Cook one crepe at a time, on both sides in a greased pan.
Serve crepe with jelly, powdered sugar, brown sugar or cheese and ham.
Roll it.
