Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large red sweet peppers
12 large green sweet peppers
12 onions
6 to 8 hot finger peppers (optional; but adds a little pizazz)
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Grind peppers and onions.
Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes, then drain.
