Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. salad oil
    berries or other fruit
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread berries or other fruit over batter. Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar over fresh fruit (less if fruit is pre-sweetened).
    Pour 1 cup boiling water over all.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
